Return Policy At Vacman & Bobbin, LLC we want 100% satisfaction period. Whether its from purchases made in our store, a conversation on the phone, a purchase from our growing website, or anything else involving us we want 100% of our customers not just satisfied but, HAPPY. All items purchased from Vacman and Bobbin are covered with a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product you can return it to us for a refund minus shipping and handling. - First you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization or RA number before returning any part of the order to us.
- Any items shipped back to us without a Return Authorization number will be refused at your expense.
- Any returned unused items will get a full refund minus shipping and handling providing the product is not damaged nor used.
- Any used products are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% providing they are in working order, not damaged, misused, or abused. Any used items must have original packaging, manuals, and any additional materials. ALL USED ITEMS MUST BE IN LIKE-NEW CONDITIONAL WITH ALL OCUPANIED ACCESSORIES. AFTER THE RETURNED SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED IT WILL BY INSPECTED BY OUR TECHNICIANS, THEN A CREDITED WILL BE GIVEN MINUS SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEE.
Shipping Policy
Orders will ship within 24 hours during the business week upon receiving the order. If for some odd reason we don't have a product in-stock due to a previously received large order we will contact you the customer immediately. All orders of $75 or greater will ship free of charge unless noted. Orders ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, DHL, United States Postal Service. NOTE: UPS, FedEx, and DHL will not deliver to PO boxes, APO's, or FPO's. All items listed are stocked items in our 6000 sq ft store, 1500 sq ft attached warehouse, and our Laconia, NH 4400 sq ft warehouse. However everything unless notified will ship from the below location.
